Executive – Marketing
Responsible for end to end marketing functions.
Conceptualize, plan, develop, budget and execute marketing communication activities and events to place our product in the market.
Develop annual calendar of activities and events within the budget.
Ensure good take up of all Marcom spaces including ad panels and kiosks.
Initiate activities to convert footfalls into sales.
Monitor and review effectiveness of marketing programs for future rollout (KPIs include tracking shopper and retailer participation, revenues and footfalls etc.)
Oversee the daily running of the mall’s customer service desk. Develop and train Marcom staff.
Coordination and execution of promotional and advertising activities undertaken by tenants and clients
Plan the marketing communications calendar (ATL+BTL) in tune with company.
Plan and execute media Publications – print, electronic, etc.
Plan, Execute and oversee the Events, Exhibitions, Mall Demos, Canopy Activities, Campaigns & Etc.
Understand the own product specifications and solution to suggesting design the product catalogues, Fliers, Scheme
Communications, Banners, Cutouts, Display Stands Etc.
