Associate Manager – Market Access ( Sales & Marketing)

  • Explore and Identify New potential territories to expand business in Bangalore Regional Markets.

    Partner with the corporate marketing team and sales leadership team to develop the sales strategy for the hospital in order to achieve the revenue targets of Individual and Top Line of Hospital

    Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind.

    Recall potential patients/customers and to leverage the Cytecare Hospital Brand.

    Identify new markets; new engagements, new specialties and ways to drive future business

    Identify key sources of business and translation/allocation of targets to the sources i.e. Doctor marketing/referrals

    Manage the profitability of the Hospital by ensuring Sales expenses are commensurate with the turnover achieved (ROI)

    Co-coordinate with the Marketing team for all marketing and Branding activities.  Provide inputs to the corporate sales team to further enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.

    Master Doctors Data Management to be maintained 1) Quarterly updation of Referral Doctor Master database 2)Active Referral

    Doctors – Effective Coverage 3) Execution Planners followed to convert Referral Drs – C / B / A /A+ Focus on expanding Visiting Consultants Tie Up to Hospitals / Conceptualize and implement various direct sales initiatives to reach customers directly. Organize the OTO / RTM / CAMP / OPD/ CME / CONFERENCES / LIVE WORKSHOP / TRAINING VC at OT / Hospital Tour / Associate Hospital Tieup / periodically with ROI Updates.

    Periodically analyzing MIS reports to draw inferences, trends, and inputs to be used for marketing. Analyze advertising and marketing spends to ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively

    Follow the Process of Medical Service Payout / Invoices.
